Children's poems written by my grandmother for an illustrated book she published in 1950 titled "Smarty Pants." The poems were inspired by the antics of my grandmother's two young children at the time, one of whom was my now-deceased father. In 2005, when Grandma was the proud age of 90, I digitally recorded her readings of these poems. Before she passed away in early 2006, I promised her I would give new life to the poems and share them with a new generation of children, familes -- and poetry-lovers -- everywhere.

Very nice Steve! Now Grandma can live more vividly in the hearts and minds of us all. I will share this with Mimi and Natasha.
Neat podcast. It's nice to hear Grandma's voice again.
Neat Steve, how do I send it to my girl friend's emal addr?
Steve, it's nice to hear your granmother's sweet voice. Although her time on earth has ended, her works can live on. Lewis.
